ANY SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS  cannot be canceled unless it the same day as ordered. There is a 10% cancelation fee.

 Any cancel order beyond the first day ordered is subject to a 20% fee.

All returns except cores must have an R/A (Return Authorization) number. This is obtained from Caddy Daddy and MUST be shown on the outside of the box containing the return.

A copy of the original receipt MUST be included with the returned item.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and refunds are only given in Caddy Daddy store credit.

You must notify Caddy Daddy within 10 days of the receipt of your part if there is a problem.

If I sent you the wrong part I will pay shipping both ways. 

Damaged parts return.  If you have selected insurance for your purchase, please keep the box it was shipped in. I will contact the shipper and file a claim. You will not need to return your purchase. To speed the arrival of your replacement(s), you can elect to have the replacement item(s) charged to your account and shipped, with monies to be refunded once a claim has been approved by the shipping company.

How Returns / Exchanges Work. We will re-ship your exchanged item when we receive the returned item from you, or preferably, you can elect to have the exchange item charged to your account. Credit for the original item will be given when the package is inspected, received and processed. (Credits take about  1 week processing.)

Core Return Procedure:   If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased, and the full name or e-mail address used to place your order. All returns must be postage paid -- return shipping charges are NOT refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing. We do not send or issue call tags. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.
