NOS. This is for the left driver side fog lens. Never installed on a car. Nice shape. Comes with the original factory package. Stamped with "LH" on the back of the unit. The lens is stamped with "5953306" and "GUIDE 5 SAE FDP 62". The unit is in overall good shape but has some shelf wear. The chrome is in good condition. The plug on the unit is in tact and the unit comes with a bulb. Group # 2.585 Part # 916061
