New Old Stock Genuine Cadillac on/off switch on the dash heater control unit. This switch is new in the GM Delco box and is Cadillac part #7277353. 

This is the on/off switch that is mounted on the dash heater unit on the above-referenced cars. It is for cars WITHOUT factory air conditioning. The switch is in "as new" condition.
