Power Seat Transmission Core Return Policy 

The definition of a good rebuildable core is as follows:

1.)    The unit must be a Cadillac core and not from a different brand car that was made to work at one point/aftermarket core.  Please make sure to inspect the one that we send you as a comparison to the one that you are sending back.

2.)    The unit must not be so rusty that the core cannot be rebuilt. 

3.)    The unit must be complete or charges for missing parts will be subtracted from your core refund.

4.)    If the mounting ends are broken you will not receive a core fee return

5.)    (Electric Antennas Only) If your armature and fields are burnt there is no core value.

6.)    Refunds can take up to 90 Days from the time we receive your core. We must receive your core back within 120 days of the date we shipped to you for a full refund to be applied. You will still receive a refund of ½ if we receive your core after the 120 days and it’s rebuildable.

7.)    If your core is not rebuildable and you would like it returned to you, the freight would be your responsibility (USA Shipping is around $35 on vacuum motors and $45.00 on electric motors)

8.)    You will need to fill out and return the bottom portion with your core.
